It seems that Kuwait is thumping Assad in Syria for his massacre of his own people. Kuwait will be sending a convoy to Syria, quite a long drive across the desert, to feed the victims of Assad. Hmmmmm
And, the young Bedouins, sons of the rich in Kuwait, demonstrated outside of the Russian embassy and held signs depicting Russian President Medvedev as a Hitler look alike. Russia vetoed an attack on Syria in the UN Security Council, and the Arabs are mad. The Russian ambassador cried fowl, and the courts dismissed charges against the rich Bahraini brats and set them free.
Now, why do we need to be meddling with Syria? Simply give the Kuwaitis some heavy vehicles and tanks to escort the convoy of food, and see what happens. Ah, yes, I forgot, there is all this black gold in Syria. We must see if we can wage war there for a while and end up holding some more oil contracts.
When Arab nations take a stand against another rogue Arab nation, we Gringos need to mind our own business.
