Does Hillary have fears of her health, and is she priming Joe Biden to take up the campaign for President?
I smell change in he air. Hillary is leaning on anything handy. Her health is a real issue, and she may decide she does not want to kill herself in the Oval Office. This seems hard to imagine, given her massive ego. But, she has a huge pile of cash in the Clinton Foundation which would pay for a lot of play time around the world.
So, come on, uncle Joe. You are suspect in some ways, but you don't have a murder complex.
