Joe Biden claims he was arrested in Soweto, South Africa in the 1970s while trying to visit Nelson Mandela. The problem is, he never reported it to any US security agency, the US ambassador to the United Nations was with him, and Biden claims he too was arrested, though the US Ambassador does not remember being arrested. 

What is Biden doing?

Biden is trying to become a folk hero. He wants to come out with the "red badge of courage" pinned to his chest since he has no purple heart from military service. Honey, he don't even have a "good conduct medal." He got out of the draft and Vietnam by using student deferments and claimed he had asthma as a baby (cough cough).

Bold faced lies seem to be the grist for the mills of the Democratic platform this election cycle.

Elizabeth Warren wants us to believe she is sho nuff red blooded American Indian because she was born in Oklahoma and grew up there. I suspect there are a few Okies who don't go for this story. Being born in Oklahoma is not an Indian genetic marker, especially if you don't have black hair.

In any case, Joe Biden is now the victim of Zulu justice in South Africa, and this now qualifies him for a long sigh and a big loud "Poor Joe" from all of us.

If this political hack were to become President of the USA we would have four years of lies and cheats, and the whole world would be rolling in the aisles as he slapped ladies' rears and claimed to be Marco Polo's nephew.
