I have my own issues with Kissinger's choices back down the road, but he is a man with a brilliant mind and unequaled control of his thoughts and words. We have very few of these men left in the world.

The level of soul sickness called Hate and Rage in Democrats is probably a terminal disease. They seem to thrive on hate and need it to fuel their souls. The verse teaches that those who thrive on doing evil will never convert to do good. Those who see only evil will never see good. They really would be miserable it Trump were to convert to become a Progressive Liberal. They would still plot to kill him.
