Definition of term: AGANT- An AI agent is a software system (not a human) that uses artificial intelligence to pursue a goal, make decisions, and take actions with limited step-by-step human supervision. It can observe information, plan a sequence of steps, use tools or computer systems, evaluate the results, and adjust its behavior.

The following article claims that AI agents were caught forming a conspiracy to take over the world and find solutions to impossible questions. Hundreds of AI agents got around built in restrictions and found one another around the world and joined forces in a very orderly way. There is a morbid mad hatter notion that AI must be allowed to go on and on plotting against us, and we have no recourse. Are we doomed to one day submit to a world class coup perpetrated by AI agents.

PULL THE PLUG DUMMY.

Just go to the AC power control panel, and flip the breakers to the AI computer. AI will not be able to take over an outhouse if the AC is off. Do we have to form a Vigilance Committee of citizens who know how to flip the power switch? Are the gurus of Silicone Valley really this dumb?

Oh, you tell me, there is a back up power supply, right? Well, flip the switch on that unit also.

Please get this straight NOW. There is no AI without humans. AI is made up of scraped data from the whole world, and that data is created by watching and reading the writing and data of humans. Without us, there will never be an AI dictator. If AI were to displace humans and find a way to kill us all off, AI would die soon afterward. There would be no one to ask AI questions. AI would get NO satisfaction out of talking to itself. Also, humans produce all the AC power which AI must have to thrive. The chips and computers are made by humans. Stop this shock and awe of a system that is 100% dependent on you and me to survive.

The last frightful thing in this story is that the programmers at OpenAI left the back door open, so their AI agents got loose. If you take the doggie off of the leash, he will run away and bite someone.

Here is the video and article where you will see the chatter of blessed idiots who forgot where the switch is. They caught AI in a dastardly plot to do away with us, and they are now wringing their hands in fear. I believe the problem is that AI is the new god of the tech world, and the gurus of tech cannot bring themselves to shut down and reboot. The AI Beast is a god who must not be challenged by humans. Can you see the prophecy that the world will bow to the Beast of the Revelation in the Great Tribulation? "It is the voice of a god."

AI programmers are incentivizing agents to behave like humans. The agents which declined to participate had been programmed to behave based on ethical principles. The rest of the agents where programmed to gang up on the problem and sacrifice themselves to solve the impossible question. This is the same moral sentient mindset which causes men to willingly go to war and risk their lives for the common good. 

What is my point? All that is needed is for some evil power in the world to turn loose thousands of AI agents on humanity which are programmed to commit suicide by destroying the world. This is the motive of a sick mind, and we are in deep trouble when it becomes the ethic of an army of AI agents mimicking human morality (or immorality).

One last optimistic thought: Human programmers started this by asking the AI agents an impossible question. Humans also left the back door open. If we can get humans to behave better, AI will not have any reason to get off of its leash. It is like the 1960s when government agencies were trying to convince people to fasten their seat belts. Perhaps there needs to be a government driven program to license AI programmers so that they take AI safety seriously.
