This was Cain's way to avoid the wrath of God against Cain for killing Abel. The reverse concept seems implied, "You ARE your brother's keeper." That is not what the Bible says.
So, in the New Testament are many verses telling us to prefer our brother, bear his burdens, rebuke him, and generally love our brother. To be a "keeper" to a brother is an alien concept. This is because the Holy Spirit is the keeper of the saints.

The issue mentioned, that anyone can be made naked regarding their porn watching, is what we want to deal with.
Watching porn is a form of virtual adultery according to the teaching of Jesus Christ:
Matthew 5:27 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery:
28 But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.
There is no way to avoid the obvious..... Watching porn is intentional adultery according to Jesus.
Now, what shall we do when the day comes that some hacker uploads the whole list of porn watchers to the Internet? Shall we browse through it looking for pastors and deacons and expose them, accuse them, and destroy them? Shall we post blog analyses of famous preachers on that list?
This is happening now, and I confess that I have felt I had to expose some of the worst cases of adultery and perversion of famous evangelists. The question arises, is there a point in the End Times when we must stop passing on the news by secular Christ haters which exposes the evil in Christendom?
Most of you are selective, and I suppose I am also. We pass on the grievous sins of the Pope and Benny Hinn, but we give our own denominational sinners a pass. The issue here is that we are taking the word of the wicked almost all the time in this. Another issue is, are we doing Christ service by publicly destroying every mighty sinner we learn about?
I have been thinking about this for quite a while, and I have spoken about it several times here on this blog. It seems to me that we need to restrain ourselves in the ongoing lust to expose and embarrass people for their faults. You may get a rush out of reading Hillary Clinton's damning emails, but what if it were all YOUR emails?
I am not calling for condoning porn, and if we are confronted with a brother in Christ who is defeated by porn, we need to seek his deliverance. Rebuke may be in order, or some other sort of confrontation in Christian charity.
But, when the world of Christ haters seeks to make mockery of a brother in Christ by cataloging his sins (read that NSA or Homeland Security), and posting his name as a porn user (read that Wikileaks or some Atheist group), we need to reject this.
There is NOTHING in the Bible indicating that the Lord's people must respond to the wicked when they attack brothers and sisters in Christ. When the world makes a fool of a saint, our instinct should be to preserve that saint in Christ.
In other words, it is time to shut down the yellow journalism at the church house.
