But, are we being suckered by a clever performer. Al Franken has quite a career in show business as a comedian. He is funny, and he is vulgar. He is a classic dirt bag from Hollywood who makes his way in life giving the sleaze of society what they want.
Still, asking to have your hands slapped by a Senate Committee IS different. Is it all a trick to, when the final curtain falls, make a great American hero of Al?
I think so.
Al Franken is beyond clever..... he is a master of the moment, and Al turns everything good or bad into an asset. He is, therefore, a great Democrat. I think if he had murdered someone he would find a way to come out looking like a Sunday School teacher.
Great acting, Al.
But, America needs more than acting. America needs a revival of hard nosed preaching on sin and righteousness and judgment. America needs to repent, sir, and not just to play PR tricks.
