This is an Evangelical mob of do-gooders, most of them unsaved, who are gathering to make themselves slaves to the Antichrist when he is revealed.
But, what is troubling is the name used, "The Gathering," and the language of the thing. It takes me back to Marilyn Ferguson and Ruth Montgomery and Steven Sutfen and Madam Blavatsky.
