Korea has nuclear capabilities, and ground troop preparedness, but little or nothing in between. This means that, if N. Korea intends to win, they MUST use nukes against US and S. Korean middle level military options. This is not good news.
Also, N. Korea gives ultimatim of a nuke attack on S. Korea if S. Korea does not make a public apology for launching a plot to kill N. Korean leader.
