When you go to the site, you get to fill out a form online, and along the way, you are asked to send these kind people $20.
I have no idea if they actually trundle over to the Middle East and take your prayers along with them. Even if they do, the concept is brazen heresy. The Bible tells us nothing about prayer being more powerful if it is made from a particular point on the map.
The truth is, Bible people prayed from the point where they perceived a need to petition God. Jonah did not have to return to the Wailing Wall to be delivered from the whale. He prayed from inside the whale. Peter, after losing faith and sinking into the water, did not sent a courier to the temple with a petition to Jehovah to save him. He simply cried out to Jesus, "Lord save me." Anything more complicated would have resulted in him drowning.
This is the sort of rubbish that is coming up from Hell itself as Satan's servants fleece the suckers in Christendom today.
So, what does the Bible say?
James 5:16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
There is no caveat concerning the point from which the prayer is made.
Philippians 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
There is no one between you and God except Jesus, that is, if you are truly born again. There is no magical place on earth where you can get an inch closer to God or assure that you really have his full attention.
How about praying in your back yard?
Genesis 24:63 And Isaac went out to meditate in the field at the eventide: and he lifted up his eyes, and saw, and, behold, the camels were coming.
Or, in your closet?
Matthew 6:6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.
In fact, you should be praying where ever you go or are standing, all day long, and where your life takes place:
1 Thessalonians 5:17 Pray without ceasing.
So, if you need to blow $20 on prayer geography, send me the money, and I will send you a map of the world. You can then find where you live on the map, and start praying. If you are born again, and if there is no iniquity in your heart, God will hear you.
Psalms 66:18 If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me:
Now, THERE is why your prayers don't get answered.
