Trump also has no particular love for Gulen. I have wondered if Gulen actually did produce the coup in Turkey and the assassination attempt on Erdogan. If that appears to be the case, the old boy will be leaving his mansion in New Jersey to go face the firing squad in Turkey.
This will leave Trump in the driver's seat. If Netanyahu agrees to send Israeli troops to fight along side Saudis, Egyptians, and Turks, Trump will be seen as a Messianic power broker in the Middle East.
This will be greatly enhanced if ISIS is totally trashed.
Putin will not exactly take the back seat in this deal, but he will be seen as sitting on Trump's lap helping Daddy drive.
At this point if something came down that took Trump out of the picture, like a major national disaster, or war with North Korea, Putin would inherit the kingdom. Netanyahu would be left eating out of Putin's hand, and we would be set up for Ezekiel 38.
