2. Turkey would be kissing NATO goodbye. By taking violent action against the US Military, Turkey would quickly be cast out of the kingdom of NATO and the EU.
3. The entry by Turkey onto the base and confiscating of nukes would be an act of war.
Thus, America's chief Porch Monkey would have to decide whether or not to start a war with Turkey less than three months before he leaves office. The election campaign would be trashed by a declaration of war. This war would not be an invasion of Iraq or Afghanistan. It would be an attack on an ally of Russia. So, you did not see this in mainline media, and you did not see if on Drudge. America is totally obsessed with the ongoing soap opera of the elections.
The only question now it, does the US Military have a strategy to destroy the missiles and bombs as Incirlik? There are said to be hydrogen bombs at that location, though officially H-bombs were banned some years ago. If our recent bungling is any indication, then we may assume that any day now the Turks will have H-Bombs in their possession. These are the extreme monsters now considered far too horrible to use even in all out war.
It is of the highest order of irony that Vladimir Putin could well be the only one who can prevent the Turks from moving forward with this action and starting World War. America may end up being saved from intense embarrassment and world rage by our sworn enemy.

Trump is not talking about it, and it should be dynamite for him to pound Hillary and Obama. Thus, Trump must be totally ignorant of the ongoing events in the Middle East. This tells us that Trump will be just as stupid about the Middle East as Obama was. He has no interest and no opinion on the ongoing ramp up to World War and the de facto evicting of the USA from the Middle East. Does Putin have all of Barak Obama's history AND all of Hillary's private communications? If so, Putin owns the USA. And, he may dump the load in October to make sure he does not have to deal with the bag lady.
