ODE TO THE WELFARE STATE
This is proof that the welfare state was well understood long ago. The curious thing is, Democrats have never figured out that their socialist system will never succeed. All truly socialist models in history have been a total failure, or at least they had to have a large transfusion of capitalism to survive, such as in China today.
