The issue here is that evaporation of sea water in fog and rain will take the radioactive particles inland, and the produce and orchards of the San Juachin Valley will be contaminated.
Our family has already stopped eating vegetables and fruit from California. I suggest you buy produce from Mexico, Chile, and other nations. Salmon is now harvested from the Atlantic Ocean.
The levels which the US Government and Canada call "safe" are totally fiction. They have no idea how much this stuff is stored in the human body, and some radioactivity never leaves the body. You are largely on your own to defend yourself from contamination.
