Who is he, why the smirk, and what is the device in his hand? The guy's expression is a look of satisfaction with what he sees, or possibly a "gotcha" moment. I have to wonder about the possibility that Hillary is being messed with by psy-ops by someone trying to sabotage her. It could also be a revenge moment by a friend of one of her victims.
