Finally, it is awkward for the Secretary of State to be having a meeting with Putin while Lvov sits at Putin's side. Secretaries of State have meetings with Foreign Ministers. So, why is Putin willing to chat with Kerry?
Is Barak Obama having issues, and the Hidden Hand has asked Kerry to take charge of foreign affairs? This would be a real blessing to see Obama side lined.
Time will tell. One must wonder if AIDS dementia has finally set in, and even the teleprompter cannot control the beast.
