Look, groupies, any American wandering the world could be a spy. Back in the 1950s in Africa, while I was growing up, strange birds wandered onto the scene and tried to pretend they were on some church related visit. They could not field the most basic questions about the Christian faith.
And, my Dad was absolutely convinced that some of the missionaries in the mission we belonged to were American spies.
So, a director of NBC? Of course-- that is a no brainer. And, he got very pleasant treatment. It could have been a lot more interesting, and it will be as time goes by and Obama keeps sending Putin more spies in civilian clothing.
You see, Obama is toying with the former director of the KGB, Vladimir Putin. That old boy smells spies from miles away.
